OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IS SAFETY, SAFETY IS FIRST IN ALL RENTALS: PROPER PARTYS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SET-UP AND EARLY REMOVAL AT ANY EVENT THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO DAMAGE OUR EQUIPMENT AND/OR EVENT ATTENDEES.

Deposit/Payments:

All rental under $500 (a minimum of $100.00 deposit or deposit equal to 25% of the order whichever is larger will be required for each rental, unless otherwise agreed, deposit payment is due when reservation is made. For large orders above $1,000 a deposit of 50% is required for each rental.
All requesting residential or Commercial location set-up of equipment, payment in full for each rental is due 10 days before the event date.Failure to comply may result in loss of rental dates. Date is not confirmed until payment is completed. Full payment is required prior to equipment set-up NO EXCEPTIONS.
For your convenience, We accept all major credit cards, No personal checks.

Security Policy:

ALL PAYMENT INFORMATIONS AND PERSONAL DATA IS ALWAYS SAFE WITH US.
LIABILITY/INSURANCE/Safety:
PROPER PARTYS DOES HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE. On the day of your event, a signature is required by an adult with valid state-issued identification will be required on our equipment rental agreement, release and assumption of risk. We require the responsible adult to review all safety instructions and document. In additional, waiver of liability may be required for event participants. Please review all documents prior to your event.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 2 WEEKS  before the start of the rental period will result in a full refund of payment made in the same manner as payment was received.
Cancellation processed within (10 days) of the rental for any reason will result in the issuance of a rain check equal to payment received valid for the period of 6 mos. Due to our expenses involving loading/transporting equipment, services will be considered rendered on the first day of the rental period and cancellations are made on that day will require full payment per rental equipment.

PROPER PARTYS is not responsible for any damage caused by the reasonable requirements for proper set-up and removal of equipment. Renters are recommended to identify and communicate potential complications associated with the delivery/set-up securing equipment including underground utilities and irrigation systems failure to do so may result in a $250 Non refundable inconvenience fee.

Inclement weather:

For your safety, Proper Partys may not set-up equipment due to weather or site conditions which jeopardize the safe operation of our equipment, we recommend that you reserve a suitable location for your event.
Post-set-up of any equipment, no refunds, rain checks will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions.

Taxes:

IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE/LOCAL LAWS:
We charge sales tax on all rentals. If your organization is recognized as tax- exempt, we require you to submit a copy of the tax exemptions certificate.

When you book your reservations or 48 hours prior to your event. We must collect taxes in accordance with our state//local laws. Proper Partys are not automatically exempted for taxes.
